Spring Environmental, Health & Safety and Sustainability Policy

Spring Environmental (SEL) is committed to conducting business in a safe and environmentally sustainable manner that promotes the health of our staff, clients, customers and the environment. SEL is committed to ensuring risks are identified, controlled and responsibly managed, throughout our business operations and activities.

SEL will:

  • Ensure this policy is documented, implemented and made available for all interested parties and communicated to all persons working under the control of SEL.
  • Comply with all applicable EHS laws, regulations, other requirements and procedures related to identified EHS aspects or hazards.
  • Establish health and safety standards that create a safe and healthy workplace by working continuously to reduce hazards and risks to prevent work place injuries and illnesses.
  • Design and construct all activities to minimise waste generation, promote energy efficiency and environmental protection.
  • Consult with our employees on matters affecting their health and safety and the environment while actively encouraging and involving them in all aspects of the EHS management system.
  • Consider the risks of Modern Slavery within our purchasing and contracting activities and where risks have been identified, take action to find alternative suppliers or report concerns as appropriate.
  • Ensure responsibility across all levels of our organisation through awareness, information and training programs.
  • Commit to continuous improvement with regards to EHS activity.

The responsibility for the management of EHS lies with Spring Environmental directors.
